This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment for our employees and visitors. The Custodian I is responsible for daily cleaning tasks, basic facility upkeep, and supporting the overall maintenance of our workplace. This position reports directly to the Custodial Supervisor/Team Lead . Key Responsibilities: General Facility Maintenance: - Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment repairs. - Conduct regular facility inspections to identify necessary maintenance and report concerns promptly. - Maintain equipment required to complete daily work.
