ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in maintaining the residential unit in good condition and in accordance with applicable fire and safety rules and regulations. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Residential Support Professional must maintain regular work attendance, and report to work as scheduled and on time. Each Residential Support Professional is required to come to one staff meeting each month. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record. A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. Each Residential Support Professional is required to maintain a minimum of training hours as determined by the agency.
