Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. This position requires onsite attendance during the initial training period. Upon successful completion, the role will transition to a fully remote schedule. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Travel is required to attend local and regional recruitment events. Job Summary: The talent partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units. This position delivers high quality candidates. Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or closely related field. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.
