SUMMARY: We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading teams, and maintaining Drift’s elevated standards. This role is hands-on and people-focused, serving as a bridge between leadership and service providers while ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest care in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
