We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Media Analytics to lead measurement, reporting, and insights for our multi-channel media investments. This is a critical, high-impact role that helps shape how we deploy marketing dollars to efficiently acquire and retain customers across Sportsbook and Casino. You’ll serve as the strategic analytics partner to our Media, Growth, and Brand teams, transforming data into insights that drive smarter investment decisions and accelerate performance. From building attribution frameworks to identifying optimization opportunities to shaping forecasting models, you’ll play a key role in driving ROI and scaling our business. What You’ll Do: - Own media analytics reporting: Develop and lead measurement frameworks across all paid channels (including digital, programmatic, social, search, affiliate, and offline media). - Build performance dashboards: Create dynamic dashboards and tools to monitor key KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback by channel, campaign, and audience. - Work with teams to optimize spend: Partner closely with the Media team to identify under- and over-performing campaigns and make real-time recommendations to reallocate budgets. - Attributio...
