Job Summary: The Corporate Development Analyst (CDA) is a dedicated, hands-on resource supporting TYLin’s growth strategy through acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships/joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives. This role supports all aspects of our growth – including evaluating market and competitive dynamics, as well as supporting the full M&A lifecycle - from market intelligence and pipeline management through business case development, valuation support, and coordinating cross-functional due diligence.
