Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Location: Riley Pediatric Care Center Position Overview: The Registration Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a positive, supportive, and efficient check‑out experience for pediatric patients and their families. Working with children requires patience, warmth, and strong communication skills to help young patients feel safe and comfortable while ensuring caregivers receive clear and accurate information regarding follow‑up care. This role supports smooth patient flow, reduces stress at the conclusion of visits, and reinforces a family‑centered care experience.
