Operations Assistant (20hrs) - (From 1pm) Marks & Spencer St Martin Department: Marks & Spencer: Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time Location: Jersey: Description: **Please note this role is 5 afternoons out of 7 per week, starting from 1pm** **This is a physically demanding role** We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Backstage Operations Assistant to join our team! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the smooth running of our store behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: - Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality - Organising and managing stock in the storage area - Assisting with stock being brought to the shop floor - Supporting customer shopping by locating items and ensuring product availability - Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient backstage environment Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment - A team player with a positive attitude - Good communication skills Benefits: - Sandpiper Exclusive discount card for you AND one other person.
