Description Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Bilingual Spanish Job Summary: BMS Family Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our behavioral health team. This role provides direct clinical services to adolescent and adult patients our primary care and school-based clinic settings. The LCSW will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through individual, family, and group therapy, while ensuring all documentation meets established mental health standards. This role also contributes to a collaborative, interdisciplinary care environment. Essential Functions: - Collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Health to support clinical goals related to adolescent and adult mental health services. - Conduct psycho-social assessments and patient needs analysis to develop treatment plans and appropriate referrals (e.g., psychiatric evaluation, hospitalization, in-home services). - Partner with clinical staff to implement and complete screenings for depression, anxiety, substance use, alcohol, and tobacco. - Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy based on comprehensive assessmen...
