Job Description About the role: As Director Real Estate, you will lead the Corporate Real Estate function, serving as the senior strategic partner to Business teams and Executive leadership across all divisions globally. You will work in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, providing high-level strategic oversight, governance, and management for a wide variety of complex real estate portfolios across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Direct and oversee the Company’s global real estate transactions, leading high-stakes contract negotiations for offices, production sites, and land while providing executive oversight for leases, purchases, expansions, and renewals. - Lead large-scale strategic real estate projects including global expansions, relocations, redevelopments, and the disposal of land and buildings to align with long-term enterprise business plans. - Act as a senior consultant to internal partners, including Business Unit Presidents and Functional VPs, to define strategic needs, portfolio requirements, and financial outcomes. - Direct the activities and set the negotiation strategies of global external service provider teams, including internati...
