Lynch Consultants is seeking a Workforce Integration Manager to support the Department of Navy in the National Capital Region . The Manager will lead a team delivering strategic workforce analysis, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement for Department of the Navy initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, federal or DoD experience, and the ability to translate complex priorities into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution experience, with a proven ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders. Work Location and Schedule: Hybrid and required to support onsite in Arlington, VA / Pentagon 2-days per week.
