Pay Range: $105,654.00 - $174,330.00 Supervisory Organization: VP Bus Operations Country: United States of America Address: 101 N Peak St City: DALLAS, TX 75226 FLSA: Exempt Professionals: 01 - Official Administrator (EEO-4-United States of America), 1B - Managers and Directors (EEO-SubCategory) General Summary: The Director of Bus Transportation must be able to lead a high-performance transit delivery team consisting of operators, Station Office Supervisors, Coordinator, Managers, Assistant managers, maintenance supervisors and other staff to support the goal of providing a safe and reliable transit service. Must demonstrate proven leadership skills, a passion for public transportation, the ability to communicate and promote good customer-centric philosophy, must be collaborative and able to engage staff at all levels, maintain a positive interaction with the union. Ensures that our services are provided within budget by developing and implementing action plans to improve operational efficiencies.
