Job Description: Truckee Meadows Community College, located in Reno, NV, is recruiting for a Custodial Worker 1 in the Facilities Department. This position will perform custodial duties using chemicals and equipment, dust, glass cleaning, stainless steel cleaning of the elevator, water fountains, vacuuming, and cleaning of dry erase and chalkboards. This position will mop daily, cleaning spills, floor refinishing, and buffing. This position will make sure that all trash is dumped daily, replace soiled bags in all common areas, and collect and separate recycled materials. This position will lock and alarm all doors as directed by the Supervisor. This position will remove snow and graffiti, special event set-ups, assist students, and any other duties as assigned.
