Department: Office of Equity and Civil Rights Division of Institutional Equity: Position Overview: The Civil Rights Investigator serves in the Office of Equity and Civil Rights (ECR) within the university’s Division of Institutional Equity. The Investigator’s primary responsibility will be to investigate and produce comprehensive reports regarding complaints of sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination and retaliation involving students, faculty or staff including interviewing parties/witnesses, collecting evidence, and drafting high quality investigation reports, and documents within established timelines.
