GRC Project Manager

Position Overview: You are passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven and are fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. You lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent solutions, and support business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation. Continue to deliver Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle. - Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to make sure that projects are delivered successfully; delays and project overruns are minimized; and project efficiencies and budgets are managed. - Leverage Domain/Product knowledge to expand business through interactions with the customer. Support sales on Discovery Calls, SOW Generation, Scoping, etc. - Take the lead, in conjunction with SE & CS, to develop strategies and approaches to drive increased adoption of Diligent Solutions and in expansion plays for GRC use cases. - Spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent products. - Provide coaching and mentoring of team memb...
