Salary Details The salary range for this position is CAD $74.49/Hr. - CAD $81.93/Hr. Job Summary: Come work as a Nurse Practitioner with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! The NP will be providing team-based full scope primary care to vulnerable populations who experience complex medical, social, substance use and mental health challenges. Knowledge and expertise in the areas of opioid agonist therapies, mental health and youth health are an asset. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, with after-hours coverage provided through a rotating on-call schedule. As a Nurse Practitioner with VCH you will: - Be responsible and accountable for the comprehensive assessment of patients and clients including diagnosing diseases, disorders and conditions. - Initiate treatment including health care management, therapeutic interventions and prescribes medications in accordance with the statutory and regulatory standards, limits and conditions, and employer policies and procedures. - Provide professional guidance to other health professionals and participates autonomously as a member of the interdisciplinary health teams. - Collaborate with clients and other health professionals to identify and as...
