Job DetailsJob Location: Tampa, FL 33614Title: Think Tank Instructor Reports to: Director of Educational Services Work Year: 10 Months (Part Time - 12 hours per week) Position Focus: A Think Tank instructor services the qualifying students within the program which includes designing high-level units of interest incorporating STEM, coordinating with each teacher involved, developing each domain within units, training high-level thinkers to work cooperatively, communicating with parents, attending parent meetings, and coordinating with the Program Director. Position Parameters: Provides spiritual and professional leadership to the students, parents and staff Role-models Christian behavior and spiritual growth Participates in book studies developed by the Program Coordinator Integrates Biblical truth strands within weekly sessions Provides instruction and analyzes/evaluates development of individual students Develops unique, high-level units based on ACTS: Analytical thinking, Cooperative learning, Technology, and Strategic thinking Incorporates active learning techniques including, but not limited to, Harkness Discussions, 4 Corner Debates, Kagan Cooperative Learning Techniques, and...
