Position Summary / Objective The Network Copier Installer / Trainer – Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering, installing, configuring, and connecting network copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at client locations. This role ensures equipment is fully operational within the client’s environment and provides hands-on training to end users to promote efficiency and satisfaction. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality service and creating a seamless customer experience through technical expertise, clear communication, and professional on-site support. Essential Functions: - Deliver and install network copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer locations - Configure network connectivity, including installation of print drivers and scanning software - Connect equipment to client workstations and servers and ensure compatibility with existing systems - Perform firmware updates, rebuild operating systems, and configure print controllers as needed - Test all device functionality to confirm proper operation prior to leaving the client site - Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues to minimize downtime and ensure successful setup...
