We're looking for a Developer to join our HR Technology team on a 12 month FTC. Based from NEXT Head Office in Leicestershire! The Role: Our HR Development team is looking for a technical specialist to ensure the systems supporting our global workforce run with precision. You will act as a primary technical contact, bridging the gap between our people and the technology they use every day. Whether you are developing new features for our in-house platforms or providing vital support during seasonal events, your work directly impacts how we look after our colleagues. From day one, you will be part of a collaborative IT community where we encourage you to share your expertise and help shape our technical processes.
