Campus Maintenance Director POSITION SUMMARY: The Campus Maintenance Director contributes to our joyful & vibrant communities by performing and/or coordinating all repairs and physical maintenance for the campus. In addition, the CMD ensures preventative maintenance is scheduled and performed on all equipment as needed and that fire alarm, fire suppression and other emergency equipment are maintained and tested per the guidelines of the National Fire Protection Agency and other applicable local and state codes. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents. - Implements and documents preventative maintenance program for campus equipment. - Maintains grounds including outside community repair, law maintenance and garbage removal or coordinates services with outside vendors where appropriate. - Maintains inside of communities, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, painting, removal of trash and upkeep of vinyl. - Maintains clean, neat comfortable, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. - Maintains and/or oversees repair of com...
