Requirements: - Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to define business objectives and success criteria. - Identify business processes, document AS-IS and TO-BE flows, and highlight gaps or inefficiencies. - Translate business needs into structured documentation: BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements. - Model system behavior, define integrations, data flows, user roles, permissions, and edge cases. - Validate feasibility with tech teams and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical constraints. - Support backlog structuring, prioritization, and scope definition together with delivery and eng...
