Purpose of the role: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across multiple international locations by managing end-to-end payroll processes, collaborating with local partners and vendors, maintaining reliable payroll accounting records, and providing insightful analysis and reporting to support effective business decision-making and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Process payroll for multiple international locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with local accountants and external payroll vendors to manage end-to-end payroll operations Prepare and validate payroll data, including employee lists, accruals, deductions, and bonuses Maintain payroll accounting records and support management accounting reporting Analyze payroll data, costs, and trends to support business decision-making Ensure accurate posting of payroll-related entries in internal accounting systems Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing clear explanations a...
