Job Overview The Production Technician will play a key role in supporting the blending, packaging, and handling of raw materials and finished products. This position requires hands-on involvement in production activities, maintaining organization and cleanliness of controlled environments, and assisting with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the blending of raw ingredients according to production requirements. Ability to identify shades of red, blue and yellow when mixing excipients. Take responsibility, pay great attention to safety procedures and legal regulations. Safely lift and handle bags weighing 50–55 lbs. for dumping, bagging, and packaging processes. Operate basic production equipment and follow established operating procedures. Ensure accuracy in labeling, packaging, and sealing of finished products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cleanroom, gowning room, and transfer room. Always adhere to gowning and hygiene protocols.
