Medical Staff Services Manager DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: SUPERVISION : Reports directly to the Medical Staff President and Vice President, as well as Hospital Medical Director. - Works with Hospital Administration as a liaison with the Medical Staff. Plans, develops, organizes, and controls the operation of the medical staff office to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the Hospital and to meet the requirements of the Medical Staff Bylaws, the Joint Commission Standards, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies. This person is responsible for all records and correspondence of the Medical Staff. He/she assists the Medical Staff President in accomplishing the goals as assigned under his/her leadership.
