Overview Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Technology Specialist - Forensics to support data management, forensic collections, and litigation technology initiatives across the firm. This role partners with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to develop and execute data collection strategies, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the secure handling and analysis of electronic evidence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering timely, high-quality support in a fast-paced legal environment. A Day in the Life: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data tracking, data management, and litigation technical support functions, while coordinating assigned projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
