Construction Recordkeeper I - ( 2600894 ) Position Information We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Longview as a Construction Recordkeeper I. This role supports construction projects by coordinating with inspectors and contractors to ensure records are accurate and complete. Responsibilities include maintaining project files, preparing reports and correspondence, monitoring compliance with federal requirements, and assisting with administrative tasks. You’ll also help at the front desk, answering phones, welcoming and assisting walk-in customers, and providing general office support.
