The CAP and Remediation Program Manager plays a critical role in helping suppliers understand client expectations , navigate remediation requirements , and develop and implement effective Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to drive sustained improvement. The role works closely with the client and internal teams to ensure remediation activities are practical, timely, and aligned with program objectives.
