POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr Director Martech Innovation is responsible for evolving and operating Newrez’s marketing technology ecosystem to enable scalable, automated, and highly personalized customer experiences. This role owns the execution of the Martech roadmap, platform integration, and governance processes, and leads innovation initiatives leveraging AI‑driven tools, automation, and advanced data capabilities.
