Overview We are seeking a Definitive Observation Unit CNA, also referred to DOU Certified Nursing Assistant, Step-Down Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Progressive Care CNA in our Definitive Observation Unit (DOU). This role involves providing direct patient care to individuals who require closer monitoring than on a regular med-surg floor but are not critical enough for the ICU in our DOU. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.
