Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Greet all guests and Team Members in a friendly, open manner. - Conducts oneself in a positive and professional manner, acting as a role model for all Team Members. - Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort. - Sets bus carts up at beginning of shift and breaks down and cleans the bus cart at the end of their shift. - Reduce turnover time keeping tables readily available for incoming guests. - Removes dirty plates, glasses, cutlery, etc., and napkins from tables after diners are done eating. - Wipes up spills, table tops and chairs in dining area, using damp sanitized cloth. - Sweeps and mops floors as directed by supervisor. - Helps maintain par levels of supplies for dining area. - Replenish fruits for...
