Associate General Counsel & Senior Director of Compliance Full-time (Remote): Pinnacle Treatment Centers is a leading, fast-growing provider of addiction treatment services, serving over 35,000 patients daily nationwide. We are seeking a strategic legal and compliance leader to join our team as Associate General Counsel & Senior Director of Compliance . This role is ideal for an experienced attorney with a strong background in healthcare regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and employment law within a multi-state healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: - Legal Support - Assist with management of external litigation in coordination with outside counsel (e.g., employment, professional and general liability matters) - Provide legal guidance on various contract matters such as leases, NDA’s, vendor and payor agreements, and physician arrangements - Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute - Prepare and deliver training and communications to promote awareness of compliance and legal i...
