JOB SUMMARY: As a Robotics Systems Support Specialist I at ASI, you are responsible for supporting the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues affecting deployed robotic systems under the guidance of senior team members. You contribute to root-cause investigations, documentation, and cross-functional communication to improve system reliability and customer outcomes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in diagnosing issues across hardware, software, and electromechanical subsystems by gathering logs, telemetry, and system data. - Reproduce reported field issues using physical hardware and documented procedures under supervision. - Support Tier 2 escalations by collecting and organizing diagnostic information for senior engineers. - Document findings, steps taken, and outcomes in internal tracking and knowledge management systems. - Collaborate with Field Operations and Engineering teams to communicate issue status and resolution progress. - Follow established debug guides and troubleshooting playbooks to resolve known failure modes. - Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal documentation, including troubleshooting guides and issue logs.
