Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in software development with Kotlin, Java, or Swift. - 5 years of experience in iOS or android application development. - 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 3 years of experience managing project teams, setting technical direction, and mentoring executive developers. - Experience designing complex software architectures for mobile or spatial computing using modern UI frameworks such as Jetpack Compose, React, or SwiftUI. - Experience with AI-based development and productivity workflows, and rolling out AI-based practices to a team. - Experience building spatial apps, 3D game engines, or other Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality. - Experience interacting directly with OEMs or third-party developers to provide SDKs, reference code, and documentation.
