Description The Occupational Therapist will: - Demonstrate essential skill competencies in the delivery of patient care in an in-patient or out-patient setting, adhering to departmental policies and procedures. - Use effective communications skills to facilitate exchange of ideas for quality patient care with patient/family, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside community contacts. - Be open to feedback and receptive to change as evidenced by feedback. - Complete all necessary tasks and responsibilities that support daily operation of the department. - Maintain competency by participating in professional growth and development and internal/external educational activities. - Act in accordance with the Standards of Conduct and Ethical Practice of AOTA, the Vermont Practice Act, and hospital and department policies. Requirements: Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $36.00 - $43.00 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position.
