Role Summary State Street Investment Management’s Data, Analytics & AI Services (DAAIS) team is seeking a Software Engineering Principal (Vice President) for its Data Platform at our Krakow, Poland office. This role is accountable for the software engineering aspects of the data platform—building and operating backend services, APIs and microservices, containerized/cloud-native components, and migration frameworks/utilities that enable Snowflake and Databricks workloads on AWS or Azure. The successful candidate will bring deep, hands-on expertise in large-scale distributed systems and will be responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and operate lifecycle of low-latency, resilient, complex software solutions.
