Summary: Carboline is seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and passionate Customer Service Representative to enhance our team's capabilities and drive exceptional customer experiences . This person will manage the entire order cycle from placement of the order through shipment and billing. Minimum Requirements: - High School Degree or equivalent - 4+ years of Customer Service Experience Physical Requirements: - This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period up to 8 hours in a day. - No unusual environmental, lifting, or exertion requirements are associated with this position. Essential Functions: - Process customer orders accurately from multiple channels (sales reps, email, phone queue), ensuring correct pricing and discounts. - Oversee the entire product journey, from manufacturing and scheduling to shipment and final delivery. Ensure product availability by prioritizing and negotiating with expeditors.
