As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing your own client base. To expand our team, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) – in Bulgaria (remote) or Sibiu (Romania), starting immediately. Your Role in our team: No cold calling! You advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline. You discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies. You independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact throughout their assignment. You maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist. You provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers.
