**Please note the hours for this role are Mon-Fri 2:30-finish, occasional Saturdays as needed** The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing maintenance operations during an assigned shift. This includes leading and training maintenance staff, coordinating equipment upkeep with production, and ensuring compliance with safety, USDA, and operational standards. The role plays a key part in minimizing downtime, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
