. TRC Technician: DMNC - Injection Washer, Dept. 302 Core Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM ** A RESUME IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. Position Summary: This position is responsible for support and development of all Technical personnel that exists in their field of expertise. Support TPM and TRC activities. Technical support of new product start-up. Responsibilities: Responsible for the Development of technical training materials in their technical field of expertise. Develop of teaching aids such as demonstration models, visual aids, and One Point Lessons. Provide technical training to Team Leader and Set-up in the department in their field of expertise Mentor Team Leaders and Set-up in their technical field of expertise. Maintain training records and documentation as required. Troubleshoot technical problems in their field of expertise. Ensure all equipment and dies meet TPM system standards in their field of expertise Ensures execution of 5S, TPM and EF requirements for all equipment in their technical field of expertise Assists P.E. with the process development of all new products Assists P.E. with the development of all set-up manuals.
