Your Role on Our Team: The DC Trainer is responsible for training all new distribution center employees in processes of picking, packing, and shipping. DC Trainer is responsible for industrial equipment training, re-training, and code roll training. DC Trainer works with Continuous Improvement team on new process or process change.
