The Role: You will lead our Technical Operations Center (TOC) - the team that keeps Viaplay Group’s services running around the clock, every day of the year. The TOC is the nerve centre of our operations: monitoring, triaging, and coordinating the response to incidents that affect millions of viewers across the Nordics and the Netherlands. As Operations Manager you will manage a team of TOC Agents, ensuring seamless 24/7 operational presence across both in-house staff and external partners.
