Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated engineer to join the DRAM Systems Engineering team, focusing on the design, evaluation, and optimization of next-generation memory systems for AI accelerators. The role emphasizes research and development across hardware architecture, operating systems, and performance analysis to support AI inference workloads. Responsibilities: - Characterize AI inference workloads and analyze memory behavior - Design and evaluate tiered memory hierarchies for AI accelerators - Study KV cache lifecycles, MoE models, and data placement strategies - Compare and optimize explicit versus hardware-assisted data movement - Develop, test, debug, and document system-level and OS components Minimum Qualifications: - Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Strong background in memory systems, operating systems, distribute...
