We're looking for an experienced leader to guide a team of Sweeper Operators and ensure nightly operations run smoothly, safely, and on time. No sweeper experience? No problem — we’ll train you. As the Team Lead, you won’t just be behind the wheel—you’ll be behind the success of the shift. You’ll work closely with the Night Manager (and step in when needed), coordinating crew members, adjusting routes, and making real-time decisions that keep everything on track.
