Performance Drone Works (PDW) builds technologies for the warfighter, by the warfighter. Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for an IT Support Specialist I to provide reliable, responsive end-user support and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our IT environment. What You’ll Do: Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues via ticketing system, email, and in-person support. · Troubleshoot basic Windows and macOS issues; resolve or escalate as needed. · Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, and access configuration within M365. · Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. · Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and standard procedures in the IT knowledge base. · Collaborate with Tier 2/engineering teams when issues exceed Tier 1 scope. · Handle initial t...
