AVER is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) responsible for leading the delivery, execution, and overall performance of large-scale, mission-critical technology programs supporting federal law enforcement operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on program leadership, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor. The TDM will balance technical, business, and operational priorities to deliver scalable, secure, and mission-aligned solutions.
