Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in academic relations, external affairs, outreach program management, or recruiting. - Ability to travel 20% of the time. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience in academic relations, external affairs, outreach program management, or recruiting with a focus on university ecosystems. - Ability to engage with university faculty and executive leadership. - Ability to articulate technical outlooks in a way that resonates with the academic community. - Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions. - Excellent communication skills with executive audiences to convey information clearly and succinctly through presentations, written communications, and verbal articulation.
