Job Description REQUIRED CERTIFICATICATIONS: None: RESIDENCY REQUIREMNTS: This position is virtual. Residents of Texas strongly preferred. May consider residents of surrounding states (NM, OK, AR or LA). Salary: 46,000: The Parent Support Coach is a Title 1 funded position. This is a key member of the student services team, responsible for fostering strong partnerships with families to support student success. This role focuses on assisting families whose students exhibit challenges with school engagement, attendance, lesson completion, and academic progress. The Parent Support Coach will serve as a bridge between home and school, providing coaching, resources, and individualized support to empower parents and guardians in promoting consistent student participation and performance.
