Customer Enquiry Consultant Full-time – 6-month contract: Camberwell, VIC: About the Role: As a Customer Enquiry Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers and families reaching out to BaptistCare for support and services. You will play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience by listening to customer needs, responding to enquiries with empathy, and connecting customers with the most appropriate service or team. This is a customer-focused role where your ability to communicate clearly, build rapport and provide a seamless customer experience will make a meaningful difference. You will manage enquiries that come through via phone, email, and web, support follow-up activities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers feel supported throughout their journey with BaptistCare.
