The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. The Cluster Director of Sales is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving total sales performance across the Montcalm Collection portfolio, including Montcalm Hotels, Montcalm Townhouses and Inhabit Hotels. Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with the Head of Hotels and General Managers, this role leads all sales segments including Corporate, Business Travel, Consortia, Travel Trade, Leisure, Wholesale, Groups & Events, Government and Embassy business.
