The Global Head of Risk Engineering will lead the development, innovation, and scaling of risk management strategies and services that help clients address complex and evolving risk landscapes. This senior leadership role will bring together and shape a global community of engineers, specialists, and consultants, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery while fostering innovation across geographies, industries, and risk domains. Success in this role requires a strategic and influential leader who can inspire teams in a matrix environment, drive innovation through data and technology, integrate risk engineering deeper into the broking value proposition, and collaborate effectively across the global brokerage, advisory, and insurance ecosystem.
